Guest Service Agent (GSA)
- Job description:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- General administrative and clerical support.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or equivalent. 1-3 years experience in related field.
- Be able to multi-task, responsible, work independently under pressure.
- Good communication skills, & computer skills.
- Possess good written and verbal command in English is an added advantage.
